The maisonette is on one level with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom, a cosy living room with 2 toilets and a wind sheltered veranda. A 50% Non refundable deposit will be required upon booking. Guests should also note a 25% security deposit of the booking value will be required on check in. Guests will be required to complete a security deposit form prior to departure for onward transmission to the villa manager. Security deposits will be administered and held by the Villa manager not Design Holidays.
