Description: Viewpoint is a community of only 9 villas in an enviable position at the top of La Manga Club. This detached villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views from the rear of the villa across the Mediterranean Sea. It is air conditioned throughout and has its own pool. Wireless internet access is also included in the price for this villa. The pool terrace of the villa is at the top of some cliffs. It is fenced of course (stone balustrade type), but warning signs will be placed on the terrace indicating that care should be taken at all times, especially with younger children. ( Please Note:- For all bookings there is a minimum stay of 7 nights during Easter, May and October Half Terms and the Peak Summer period and Saturday arrivals only. Outside of these seasons there is a minimum of 5 nights but no specified day of arrival).

Enter the villa into the hallway and through into the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge/freezer. Patio doors with a retractable awning overhead lead out to the pool terrace. Also accessible from the hallway or from the adjoining kitchen is the lounge, which has a wall mounted flat screen TV. Patio doors on 3 sides open to the pool terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs, and barbeque. From here you have fabulous views to the cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea. Along a corridor from the front door are two bedrooms, one at the front and one at the rear of the villa, each with a ceiling fan. The front bedroom has a double bed, whilst the rear bedroom has two single beds and views to the pool and the sea. These bedrooms share use of a separate bathroom with twin washbasins. There is also a separate shower room in the hallway. Steps down from the hallway lead to the fourth bedroom which has two single beds. There is a separate bathroom, and a utility room with washing machine and sink. The master bedroom is on the first floor. This has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. There is a dressing area, and patio doors on two sides - at the front to an open terrace with views across the resort to the Mar Menor in the distance, and at the rear to a large open terrace with views to the Mediterranean.
