SPA
The Thalassa Spa is a luxury Roman-style health retreat that covers the full spectrum of wellbeing: from an hour long treatment to a gentle detoxifying or holistic programme with life-long benefits. The Spa offers a small menu of selected mouth-watering healthy Mediterranean flavours. The Thalassa Spa includes a sky-lit, columned indoor pool, 18 treatment rooms, saunas, steam baths, a seawater exercise pool, squash court, fitness room and hair salon. Between November and March, the indoor pool is open to children between 9am and 1pm, and is heated to 28° C.

TENNIS and SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Anassa has two flood-lit tennis courts. The Anassa offer ‘clinics’ and private lessons – or if you are looking for a match, our tennis pro will be happy to find you a suitable opponent. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the front desk. The indoor squash court is located next to Thalassa Spa; rackets and balls are available at the Spa Reception. CHILDRENS FACILITIES

At the Anassa, care is taken of every need – including the very pressing demands of the youngest family members! In addition to the daily activities programme in the Explorers Club and the Globetrotters Club (from 4 months), special children's menus are offered in Amphora and Pelagos restaurants with the option of early sittings to accommodate hungry little tummies. Many of the resort’s activities cater to children – including tennis, scuba-diving and waterskiing lessons at the Teenagers Escape Club.

WEATHER

If you're a sun worshipper then you won't be disappointed by the weather in Polis during the summer months. June to August sees Paphos receiving around 13 hours of 32°C sunshine, but in late July and early August temperatures can reach as high as 43°C. The high temperatures make Chrysochous Bay perfect for sunbathing, and the sea is warm enough for all day swimming and watersports. In September and October the temperatures are still around the 30°C mark and give around nine hours of sunshine per day.
