The Monte Claro community comprises of individual and community villas all built to a very high specification. All properties have marble floors and are air conditioned. Properties range from 2 bedroom community townhouse villas to 5 bedroom individual villas with their own pools. Situated in the heart of the resort and centred around the stunning communal pool. Each townhouse has an aspect which affords views from each terrace overlooking the communal gardens/pool area. All villas have fully equipped kitchens and spacious living accommodation. All villas have terraces and BBQ acilities and make ideal accommodation for families.

There is 1 step to front door from the car parking outside the property!. Once inside to the right is the downstairs toilet, to the left the dining area where there is a table and 6 chairs. There is air conditioning and air heating throughout. Past the dining area is the lounge, it has 2 sofa’s, a flat screen TV with club channels, DVD and stereo. The lounge has french doors that lead onto a patio area that is enclosed with railings and a gate with 4 steps down to the garden and pool area. There are 6 chairs and a table and 2 sun loungers. There is a gas BBQ.

From the living room area you enter into the kitchen, where there is a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Upstairs (15 steps) there is a double bedroom with flat screen TV with ensuite bathroom, bath with over head shower, separate shower and toilet, a balcony overlooking the swimming pool with 2 chairs and a small table. Wardrobes and chest of drawers. The Twin room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with over head shower , separate shower and toilet.

Communal pool details. Access is by steps and is 1.2M in the shallw end to 2M at the deep end. There is a childrens paddling pool. The pool is NOT heated.
