Description: The Monte Claro community is ideally located, just a short walk from the tennis centre, shops and restaurants. The town houses feature amongst the most popular choices with guests. This 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom modern air conditioned/heated property is situated amongst 20 villas in the centre of the resort just minutes walk from the tennis centre, hotel, golf courses and restaurants.
This Monte Claro is a 5 Bed/5 Bath individual Villa with a private pool. A unique, individually designed villa, with a large mature garden. There is a heated pool available at a supplement. The villa is in an elevated position, offering fantastic views from all rooms. The Mar Menor is clearly viewed from the terrace and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, TV and DVD. There are a further 3 double/twin bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. There is a private terrace, leading off two of the bedrooms, with table and chairs and sun loungers. Sound systems can be found in all of the bedrooms, with speakers in the ensuites. Wifi access in the villa is offered free of charge.
There is a large LCD TV, DVD and Playstation 2 with separate TV’s in the lounge, the lounge is furnished with sofas, chairs and a coffee table. There is also a table tennis table and a basket ball hoop, in the garden. The main terrace has BBQ facilities, a large wooden table and wooden chairs and 8 sun-loungers. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa. Sports rights for 4 people. This is a luxury villa and is in a central location, with easy access to all facilities.

The Costa Cálida meaning ‘Warm Coast’ in English is approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterrenean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia.. This region has a micro climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast") and a relative degree of aridity rainfall being less than 34 cm on average annually.
GEOGRAPHY AND LOCATION
The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojon in the north near the province of Alicante to near the municipality of Aguilas in the south. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor, a coastal saltwater logoon which at around 170 km2 is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed. Cartagena and Mazarron are two other important coastal towns in the region.
