The property is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a tumble drier in a utility cupboard, accessed from the terrace. The spacious living/dining room is beautifully furnished and complete with flat screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and telephone. Patio doors leading to a large terrace with views over the community pool to the mountains. A barbeque and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. The strikingly decorated master bedroom has a double bed and flat screen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and has use of the separate full bathroom, complete with hair drier.

As well as two outdoor community pools, Los Olivos has an indoor 25m heated pool, making it a perfect all year round destination. Please note there is a €50 refundable deposit required to access the indoor heated pool, payable on check in when you will be given a swipe card for access. Swimming Pool access is by ladder steps with a shallow end of 1.4M and a deep end of 1.9M. There are childrens paddling facilities. The indoor pool is heated.
