Description: Rustic yet elegant in style, the Villa Meravigliosa is a grand three story house with a 1000 Mtr garden spread on two levels featuring a 150 mtr pool, a patio and a gazebo. Inside the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas on two separate floors, three bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and a convertible studio. The terraces are equipped with stone seating overlooking the amazing countryside. The Villa also provides a number of complimentary services such as an appointed local advisor, a compact car, a golf cart and a fleet of bicycles. The villa is 250 mtrs for up to 6 guests plus 2 Adults or Children. The large garden has a patio, gazebo and a pool 15 mtrs x 7 mtrs. A private courtyard and citrus garden on the lower level. A rooftop terrace, internet connection via cable, TYV and wifi. TV's with on demand videos and music, satellite channels and a multi-function connectivity panel. There is a safe. The Ground Floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining are with a stone fireplace, living area with sofas, armchairs, chaise longue, mini audio system docking station, LCD TV and a guests bathroom. The First Floor has the master bedroom with a king size canopy bed, LCD TV, walk-in closet and bathroom with double basin, double shower and bath. A further bedroom which can be a double or a twin with LCD TV, small studio/walk-in closet and bathroom wih bath. The Lower Ground Floor has a living area with dining/gaming table, LCD TV and a home theatre system including a DVD player and a connectivity panel. A Double or twin bedroom with shower room. Also there is an extra room that may be used as a studio or massage room. It should be noted that the lower ground floor features French doors in the living area. A sofa bed or an extra bed may be added for a maximum occupancy of 8 guests (with additional costs).
