One enters the property into a tastefully furnished lounge; bright and airy with sets of French doors around 2 sides, this is the ideal place to relax quietly with a book and enjoy the views over the pool and garden to the sparkling sea. A short hallway leads to the extensive kitchen and dining area, which is open plan with a further lounge complete with comfy sofa facing the flat-screen TV. The elegant kitchen is fitted with modern, beech units and granite worktops and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor facilities.

The marble staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, which are set over 3 different levels for added privacy. A short flight of steps leads down to a twin bedded room, followed by a shower room a few steps further. The first bedroom upstairs is also a twin, followed in turn by a double bedroom up a further short flight of steps. These 2 rooms have use of the separate fully-tiled shower room. The master bedroom is also on this floor. This generously sized room offers a king size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom compete with bath, separate shower cubicle and “his and hers” sinks set in a long marble vanity unit. A huge upper terrace off the top floor offers fabulous golf and sea views.

The outdoor areas of this stunning property are truly delightful. Being set on a large, corner plot a great deal of privacy is afforded, and the pool and sunbeds are ideally positioned so as to make the most of the sea views. The well-kept lawn is bordered by many colourful flowering bushes, fragrant plants and mature trees. The “piece de resistance” is undoubtedly the large, overflow swimming pool, measuring an impressive 12m x 6m, and the adjacent jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in under a cloudless blue sky!
