This beautiful, luxurious four-bedroom Villa is built on two levels. It is situated between the 3rd and 4th holes of Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and has beautiful sea views from the master bedroom and the outside patio area. This spectacular Villa is one of the largest Villas on the Resort. It boasts over 350 square metres of covered area and is furnished in a simple, contemporary style. The property features under-floor heating and satellite TV.

The master bedroom is very spacious and is located on the first floor. It has a stunning terrace with outdoor furniture and overlooks the Mediterranean. This particularly large master bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, chest of drawers, hairdryer, large mirror and fitted wardrobes. The décor consists of cream and white linen, with Roman blinds to the windows and curtains on the door leading to the outside patio. An en suite marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit and WC.

The second bedroom is also located on the first floor with two wooden single beds. There are bedside cabinets with lamps and a hairdryer. There is a spacious en suite bathroom with two vanity sinks, separate large shower cubicle, bath with shower and WC. The décor is neutral in colour. The bedroom features walk-in wardrobes, Roman blinds to the windows and curtains to the outside veranda, which overlooks the pool and Golf fairways of the 3rd and 4th holes.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and boasts an en suite marble bathroom with a large walk-in shower cubicle, single vanity unit and toilet. There is a large double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. The high vaulted wooden ceiling is reminiscent of a rural property. The décor is a soothing light blue, cream and white.

The fourth bedroom is also located on the ground floor. It features two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobes. This bedroom is connected to the large patio area of the pool. It features en suite marble bathroom with a bath and shower, single vanity unit and WC.

The grand lounge area has a leather couch, TV (with satellite), DVD player, coffee table and Roman blinds. Eight sets of double doors lead out to the patio area where the pool is located. It boasts a high, double floor wooden ceiling - a feature which gives the ultimate feeling of grandeur to any guest. There is also a WC off the lounge area.

The stunning dining area is connected with the living room/lounge area and features a large wooden table with eight chairs, mushroom coloured Roman blinds and a suspended ceiling with halogen lights.

The high quality Italian kitchen is wooden with granite work tops. It has a contemporary yet classical feel with a traditional hood over the halogen hob and double sinks.
