Enter the villa into the open plan split level lounge and dining area. Off the dining area is the fitted kitchen which is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to a terrace with built-in BBQ.

Down two steps is the comfortable lounge, which has a SMART TV, DVD, and iPod dock. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace with table and chairs. Steps lead down to the garden and pool, and steps lead from the garden up to the solarium. There is pergola at the side of the villa with an additional seating area, and the table tennis table is close by.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and it has a double bed , a safe, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to the covered lounge terrace. There is also a cloakroom facility on the ground floor.

The 3 further bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has two single beds, and share use of the separate shower room and 1 extra bathroom. Bedroom 2 has patio doors which lead to the solarium, from where there is easy access down to the garden. Bedroom 3 has patio doors to a Juliet style balcony.
