The apartment is all on one level and its large terraces make it ideal for families with young children. Access is easy with only 4 steps, this apartment is well equipped and well furnished and has great views from the terrace. Wireless internet connection is included in the price for this apartment. (Please Note:- For all bookings there is a minimum stay of 7 nights during Easter, May and October Half Terms and the Peak Summer period and Saturday arrivals only. Outside of these seasons there is a minimum of 5 nights but no specified day of arrival)
The property is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee maker. The spacious living/dining room complete with satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD/video and telephone has patio doors leading to a large terrace with spectacular views. A barbeque and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. The master bedroom is en-suite with a full bathroom with additional walk-in shower, and has twin bed which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and a safe. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share use of the separate full bathoom.

The Costa Cálida meaning ‘Warm Coast’ in English is approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterrenean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia.. This region has a micro climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast") and a relative degree of aridity rainfall being less than 34 cm on average annually.
GEOGRAPHY AND LOCATION
The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojon in the north near the province of Alicante to near the municipality of Aguilas in the south. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor, a coastal saltwater logoon which at around 170 km2 is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed. Cartagena and Mazarron are two other important coastal towns in the region.
