Location: El Forestal South Course, La Manga Club :Approx 45 minutes from Corvera Murcia International Airport or 1 hour from Alicante Airport.
Description: The villa is well furnished and is over 2 levels. It is air conditioned throughout and has its own private pool. In addition, wireless internet access is included in the price. (Please Note:- There is a minimum stay of 7 nights during Easter, May and October Half Terms and the Peak Summer period and Saturday arrivals only. Outside of these seasons there is a minimum of 5 nights but no specified day of arrival)
Enter the property into a hallway. Up 2 steps is the air conditioned lounge which is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, and DVD/CD player. Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From the hallway the kitchen/diner is also on the ground floor. It is fully fitted and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door leads to the terrace. From the hallway, steps lead down to the 3 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed which can be split into 2 x single beds if preferred, safe, bluetooth speaker, a ceiling fan and an en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the pool terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite shower room. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan, and has use of the additional separate shower room.

The Costa Cálida meaning ‘Warm Coast’ in English is approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterrenean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia.. This region has a micro climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast") and a relative degree of aridity rainfall being less than 34 cm on average annually.
GEOGRAPHY AND LOCATION
The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojon in the north near the province of Alicante to near the municipality of Aguilas in the south. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor, a coastal saltwater logoon which at around 170 km2 is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed. Cartagena and Mazarron are two other important coastal towns in the region.
