This fabulous villa is in a great location with a large garden and is air conditioned throughout. Wireless internet access is also included in the price. It has its own fenced private pool. The pool heating can also be added back as an option for this villa, at an additional cost per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. This property does NOT have a telephone.

On the ground floor are the 4 double bedrooms, all with patio doors leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a double bed which are two singles zipped together either used as one large bed or two singles and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and additional walk in shower. The master bedroom also has a safe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has use of the separate full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. A small child's bed and a cot are also available, which can be used in any of the bedrooms, and there are built-in stairgates at the top and the bottom of the stairs. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. The spacious living room is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV and DVD. Patio doors lead to a lovely terrace with table, chairs and built in barbeque. From here you have views over the garden and pool, to the Mar Menor in the distance. The separate dining area has a ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to a sun terrace.
