The master bedroom has a double bed and is en suite with a bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin with a safe in the master bedroom.. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room and there is a guest bathroom accessed via the hallway, that has a bath, toilet and basin. This property offers discounted golf rates and is air conditioned throughout. These apartments are ideally situated as they are close to the tennis centre, children’s club, restaurants and bars. With the golf course being only a short drive away. Los Olivos has 2 outdoor and one indoor heated pool. Please note there is a €50 refundable deposit required to access the indoor heated pool, payable on check in when you will be given a swipe card.
Los Olivos pools are accessed by steps with a shallow end 1.4M and a deep end of 1.9M. There are Childrens Padling pool facilities. The indoor pool is heated.

The Costa Cálida meaning ‘Warm Coast’ in English is approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterrenean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia.. This region has a micro climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast") and a relative degree of aridity rainfall being less than 34 cm on average annually.
GEOGRAPHY AND LOCATION
The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojon in the north near the province of Alicante to near the municipality of Aguilas in the south. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor, a coastal saltwater logoon which at around 170 km2 is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed. Cartagena and Mazarron are two other important coastal towns in the region.
