Surrounded by sea The Timi Ama Hotel covers 11 Hectares of land between the sea and a fabulous salted lake, only 500 metres from a fine white sandy beach, considered as one of the most beautiful in Sardinia. The lively heart of the Timi Ama hotel is enriched by a beautiful swimming pool. Along the swimming pool are luxurious sunbeds with canopies as well as the open air buffet restaurant “La Veranda” and the “Bar Piscina”. The Timi Ama Hotel also has 4 tennis courts.
Timi Ama Rooms
275 rooms divided in 3 floors with 5 elevators. 128 rooms are standard with 2 bed in it, 131 are superior (2-3 beds), 4 Suites and 11 Junior Suites. The rooms can be on the garden side or sea side and all have either balcony or terrace, air conditioning and central heating, direct line, Internet ISDN, SAT TV and safe in the room.
Standard Room: 20 to 25 square meters with shower, 2 beds
Superior Room: 30 to 35 square meters with shower and bath tube, with 2 or 3 beds. Standard and Superior room have the same furniture, the main difference is the dimension.
Junior Suite: 40 to 45 square meters with shower and bath tube, with 2 or 3 beds, some of the Junior suite also have a sitting corner (not separated from the sleeping room).
Spa
The Spa at the Timi Ama Hotel, is directly next to the hotel and is widely regarded as one of the best Spa Hotels in Sardinia. The Timi Ama Spa is open daily, except Sunday afternoon and allows clients to enjoy a Spa treatment every day of the week.
