Spanish culture is extremely rich in Andalusia. A mere two hours drive away you can experience the breathtaking beauty and architectural wonder of the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Behind it is the Sierra Nevada mountain range, a popular ski resort.
Ronda, the former home of bullfighters and bandits, is known for its monuments and especially for its amazing views from its famous bridge. It is the gateway to the renowned whitewashed villages, such as Grazalema, Ubrique, Jimena and Castellar de la Frontera, to name but a few.
Seville, approximately three hours driving time from Marbella, is the capital of Andalusia. Its cathedral, Giralda, Parque de María Luisa, and Plaza de España, are well worth a visit.
Malaga the home of Picasso is only 45 minutes drive.
