The compact 9-hole golf course is surrounded by magnificent old pine trees and requires a precise game. World famous "devils parlour", a challenging PAR3 crossing the cliffs, offers breathtaking views to the near Atlantic Ocean.

The Pine Cliffs golf course provides a well equipped golf academy that meets the requirements of both the hobby golfer as well as the tournament player.

The practice area includes a driving range with 9 different flag positions, a chipping & pitching area and a large putting green.

At the pro shop you cannot only complete your golf equipment, but also rent all you need for a perfect round of golf.

The sunny terrace of the Corda Café invites you for a drink or snack after the game.

The exclusive Pine Cliffs Golf & Country Club offers a limited number of memberships to selected guests. Membership is linked to the ownership in one of the luxurious club apartments surrounding the golf course and includes the entire family (children up to the age of 18).

Golf Practice Facilities

This is the perfect place for practicing. The driving range has nine different pin positions that can be approached from various directions and distances from 50 - 200 m.

We have just finalized the construction of a brand new golf academy building with an indoor teaching bay, which will feature soon a state-of-the-art swing anaylisis software and an additional practice putting green. Additionally available 2 teaching offices for video equipment.

Tennis at Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs

Luis de Sousa's Tennis Academy

The Pine Cliffs Resort offers 5 tennis courts lighted for night play, 2 of them are soft surface (clay courts).

Our friendly tennis staff includes 2 qualified professionals who give innovative and fun lessons and clinics to guests of all ages and ability levels.

Our Golf shop staff can help guests to reserve a court, schedule private or group instruction and find a match of your choice.

Beach & Watersports at Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs

The white sands of the unspoiled Falésia beach, the only one in the Algarve classified with the EU Golden Flag, and the deep blue Atlantic ocean combined with over 300 days of sun per year is one of the best holiday destinations in Europe.

Direct access to the beach is through the panoramic elevator and an approximate 100 m footpath.

Our concession is fully equipped with sun shades, sun beds and towels (free of charge) to our Resort guests. The Beach Restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches, snacks, grilled fresh fish, ice creams and drinks.
