ACCOMMODATION

There are 92 rooms arranged over 3 levels. All rooms are sea facing located on the south wing of the resort. Each room a private balcony with some directly overlooking the swimming pool. Its area provides enough comfortable space to accommodate a maximum of 3 persons. Interconnecting prestige rooms are available for families.

JUNIOR SUITES

A recent addition to the hotel are the 137 Junior Suites, 41 of which are beach front locations. These suites are nestled on the north wing of the Resort. The private terrace or balcony are furnished in such a way we doubt you will ever want to leave it! Ground floor and first floor suites are available as well as 2 Junior Suites that cater for disabled guests.

OCEAN VIEW DE-LUXE SUITES

The 6 Deluxe Suites are all positioned in the south wing. Deluxe Suites have their own separate living room and has an optional feature of being connected to a Prestige room, which is suitable for families.

PRIVATE VILLAS WITH POOLS

The 20 Villas of 375 to 525 sq.m, with either 2 to 3 bedrooms sum up the feelings of romance and timelessness. The lounge and outside relaxing areas overlook your private pool affording privacy and calm. Landscaping surrounding the Villas is enhanced by small lakes, frangipani and coconut groves.

A fully qualified Villa Master is appointed to each villa. All aspects of service are personalised in order to anticipate guests needs. The Villa Master will protect your privacy and remain at your disposal from the day of your arrival to your departure.

Laundry and dry cleaning are available 7 days a week, same day return for the laundry, next day for the dry cleaning. For security reasons, ironing is not allowed in the room.

MINI CLUB at CONSTANCE BELLE MARE PLAGE

Children receive a welcome present on arrival while the parents are presented with the new brochure ’Travelling with children in Mauritius’. The Kakoo Club at Constance Belle Mare Plage is for children aged between 4 and 12 years old. They make new friends, discover new adventures and enjoy a large variety of leisure activities under the supervision of a professional team. Accommodation at Constance Belle Mare Plage, is equipped with quality amenities for babies and children such as cots, bathtubs and walkies-talkies as well as lots of toys!

The resort offers a 24-hour babysitting service (payable), high chairs and special menus for babies and children in the restaurants and car seats for excursions on the island.

Golf at Bella Mare Plage

Residents enjoy unlimited free green fees on the two 18 hole courses at the Belle Mare Plage. The courses are 10 minutes away with the resort providing complimentary transfers to/from the courses. 'The Legend', the first of its kind in Mauritius, designed by South African champion, Hugh Baiocchi, is the crowning achievement of Constance Belle Mare Plage . The Resort, located along one of the most superb beaches on the island. Each of the 18 holes has distinctive characteristics. Superb fairways are laid in the heart of an indigenous forest, culminating in brand new greens, built to USPGA specifications. In our constant effort to provide the perfect golfing location, all 18 greens have been rebuilt using Tif Dwarf grasses to ensure a perfect surface. Time has also been taken to enhance the natural beauty of a site originally used to breed deer. Teeing off from the 17th hole (par 3) is a feast for the eyes and a test for the nerves.
