As you may be aware The Martinhal resort has taken over the management of “Monte da Quinta Club” in Quinta do Lago and are rebranding the touristic village with 178 houses, clubhouse and shopping as “Martinhal Quinta”. Please see see below statement:

‘Martinhal Quinta offers an exclusive private collection of independently owned luxury villas ranging from 2-bedroom townhouses to 5-bedroom villas. Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and swimming pool, some of which are fenced for child safety.

Martinhal Quinta is located in the well-known Quinta do Lago area in the Algarve and is part of the expansion of the Martinhal brand, which has the luxury family beach resort Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres. The Martinhal brand has been conceived and designed specifically for families and we intend to take this concept to Martinhal Quinta.

We have only just taken over the management of the resort previously known as Monte da Quinta Club and for 2015, we will have a soft opening of the Martinhal concept.

For 2015, we will have the pool at the Clubhouse open as previously with a boutique menu of snacks offering poolside diners some drink and snack options and our “Mercado Deli & Bake” at the shopping centre will offer a wide variety of take-away breakfast options, fresh fruit and vegetables, high quality deli items and a wide range of drinks. A full range of cold take-away dishes are also available through the day. “Mercado Deli & Bake” is also a convenience store offering a range of daily basics for families. Our Raposinhos Kids Club located at the Clubhouse will offer childcare for ages 3 to 8 years and baby-sitting can be organised for any age from a few months old on request.

By 2016, our childcare offer will be extended and improved and we will have an upmarket “food court” concept offering guests a range of great, mouth-watering food ranging from Pizzas, Pastas, Asian delights, Hamburgers, Rotisserie chicken.

Starting to operate some of the houses for the summer 2015, you will certainly be getting a touch of service “the Martinhal way”. However please do excuse some things which may not be up to the usual standards, which we are working hard on in the meantime. We have very special prices for 2015 to compensate for these shortfalls.’
