Dining options are varied. The Bowling Clubhouse and Bistro are open daily for drinks and lighter meals, while the Tennis Bar offers a range of home-made pizzas and light snacks to eat in or take away. For evening meals the renowned 'O Parque' Restaurant offers a mouth-watering à la carte menu.

Reception also offers a restaurants booking service.

Parque da Floresta Golf

Created by the renowned Spanish golf architect Pepe Gancedo in 1985, Parque da Floresta is one of Europe's most spectacular golf courses and is the ideal location for golf holidays in the Algarve.

With no two holes remotely similar, the variety and appeal of this unique course are endless, and one round will not be sufficient to appreciate its imaginative design.

Meandering through the undulating terrain, it offers fantastic views of the surrounding Algarve countryside and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

In recent years there has been a considerable investment made in the course, including the addition of a Golf Academy and the redesign of several holes. A further commitment has been made to establish Parque da Floresta as the best maintained and manicured golf course on the Algarve. Children

There's a special welcome for children between the ages of four and eight during summer school holidays at the fantastic Parque da Floresta Fun Club. For older children between the ages of eight and twelve there is a full programme of junior sports.

Accommodation can be in a two or three bedroom townhouse in the Golf Village, or one of the three or four bedroom spaciously laid-out villas, individually set in their own landscaped gardens with private swimming pools. All properties are equipped to the highest standards, including quality kitchen appliances and satellite TV with access to free channels.

Standard

Older-style properties offering comfortable accommodation at great value prices. Every property features a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, plus Satellite TV and Video (access to free channels only). Standard accommodation offers a good, basic standard of facilities for an enjoyable stay at any time of the year.

Superior

These properties feature excellent standards of décor and furnishings throughout. Each well-equipped kitchen benefits from the addition of dishwasher and microwave for additional convenience.

Luxury

The ultimate in comfort and design, these beautifully appointed properties are the perfect option for a truly luxurious holiday environment.

Situated within walking distance of the quiet village of Budens and overlooking the front nine holes of Parque da Floresta's spectacular golf course, the resort of Quinta do Montinho is the perfect holiday retreat.

Accommodation is provided in beautifully designed clusters of two and three bedroom village houses with their own terraces and gardens. Many traditional Algarvean architectural features have been included to harmonise with the rural setting. At the foot of the development, a heated swimming pool complex, including a children's pool, changing rooms, bar and sunbathing areas surrounded by landscaped gardens, makes the ideal spot for relaxation.

Within a few minutes drive are the uncrowded sandy beaches of Salema and Boca do Rio.
